		<description>Meat just plain bogs me down...like it has more tryptophan than turkey! I just never was one to drool over slabs of bloody red meat. Last summer, there was this really cool neighborhood meatloaf street &quot;festival&quot; up by the middle school...I bet a recipe like this would be a prize winner.

I had always thought if Les Schwab gives away free beef with the tires you buy, Commercial ought to give away free veggies from local growers...Ha!</description>

I found one recipe for veggie meat loaf and it has walnuts and pine nuts(which are spendy) and I don&#039;t really like a meatloaf with hard or crunchy bits in it...and I have trouble getting just the right moisture to filler ratio.

Thanks!  I&#039;ll have to post how it was when I make it.  I&#039;m always looking for easy, BASIC ingredient vegetarian recipes to slowly reduce our meat intake.</description>
