Foley Station in La Grande is hosting the Mid-Summer Local Harvest dinner on Saturday July 31, featuring locally grown free range chicken, grass-fed beef and lamb, eggs, fruit, and vegetables. It is now mid June. This means many things: the end of the school year, the beginning of nicer weather (hopefully), the start of the La Grande Farmers Market, and, of course, the end of Farm to School’s “Spring Greens Month”.

Ingredients
1 pkg 12oz Boca Ground Crumbles (if you can’t find boca crumbles which they sometimes have at Albertson’s then get the morningstar brand which isn’t quite as tasty)
1 slice of bread crumbled up for breadcrumbs
Handfull of Onion Sunchips (or other chips/crackers) crumbled up
